The hotel had a lovely and elegant decor, with cozy seating areas for relaxing. It was easy for senior people like me to navigate, with wide hallways and easy access to the rooms. The hotel's accessibility made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could provide more assistance or recommendations for senior-friendly activities in the area.

Its location was incredible, 2 km from Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament. Rooms here were equipped with fully furnished and good WiFi plus modern design. We liked the host.

I chose this hotel for my work trip because it provided a fully equipped kitchen with cutting boards. It was convenient to have all the necessary tools to prep my meals during my stay. The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace. Although the apartment had a comfortable seating area, I would have appreciated a designated desk or table where I could set up my laptop and work more efficiently.

The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. We particularly enjoyed the private terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the nice weather. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and a grocery store just a short walk away.

That the area near the grocery store had a lot of homeless people, which made us feel uncomfortable walking there at night. parking on the property was available but had to be paid in cash, which was inconvenient since most people don't carry cash nowadays.

The apartment at Nb Urban Luxury Suites was like a dream! It had a fully stocked kitchen with everything I needed, including delicious coffee and tea. I loved starting my mornings with a hot cup of coffee while enjoying the view from the balcony or terrace in some rooms. The air conditioning kept me cool and comfortable, and having a sofa to relax on was a bonus. it felt like a cozy home away from home.

The only thing I didn't love was the toaster in the apartment. It didn't work as well as I would have liked.

I had a delightful stay at Nb Urban Luxury Suites. The location was so convenient, with Queen St and a supermarket just a short walk away. The apartment had everything I needed, even though the setup was a bit eclectic. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the air conditioning and stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Gorgeous apartment with fresh modern decor, spacious and comfortable. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with excellent transport links and easy access to local amenities. Molly, the host, does an amazing job of keeping in touch and ensuring everything goes well. The little touches like stocked kitchen, water bottles, and toiletries make it feel like home. Definitely would go back!
